For the moment, Jenna Rideout (Business Administration – Accounting diploma holder) offers limited CRA NetFile personal income tax filing assistance services locally in the St. John’s, Newfoundland region. Due to software license limitations, Jenna is only taking on 18 clients per tax filing year for the time being. This may change depending on demand.
Please note that personal income tax filing assistance is only available to clients who can meet in person in the St. John’s area (ideally in Conception Bay South) who are filing personal income tax only, not business taxes. Each individual filing counts as a separate client, even if represented by a main client. As this is an assistance service, all responsibility for completion, accuracy, errors, and potential audits falls on the client, not on Jenna. Jenna Rideout is not to be held liable in tax court or any other court of law for the information provided by the client and submitted to the CRA.
Personal income tax filing assistance is offered at a fee of $100 CAD + HST for a single filing year. Groups of 2+ clients will be charged $75 CAD + HST for all additional clients, and if multiple years are being filed at once, additional years are charged at a rate of $25 CAD + HST per client after the initial fee.
